What is in our Review and in the Farmer Report
In June 2017, Russell Farmer and Associates Consulting Ltd. was engaged by Lac Ste Anne County to review Council’s governance processes and decisions relative to constructing a new County Administration Building. The process of constructing this new facility was contentious for the County, and occurred over a period of several years.
Some aspects of the construction process were considered to be out of scope of this process. Specifically, the project management of the overall construction process, the design of the new facility, and the success of the new facilities actual construction.
LSARA has received and reviewed the Report prepared for Lac Ste Anne County on the Council’s Governance Processes and Practices with respect to the Administration Building.
