What builders liens you say? Well the ones that are registered on the New Administration Building!
Five of them that are noteworthy as they are NOT utility right of ways!
$2,415 owed for wages, $4,107 owed for wages, $6,540 owed for wages. Two for actual work done, $208,515 and an additional one for $173,568. The total of these liens is $395,055!!!

How do we even begin to say we are on budget, on time with all the delays and now the court costs to deal with these liens. Whether they are legitimate or not, the onus is on the owner of the Property to have them removed by way of a court action. That costs MONEY!!!
In addition, we told you, the Ratepayer, that the floor was heaving.... now they are reporting, as of today that the issue exists in multiple rooms and that there is water UNDER the SLAB!!!!
LSARA had previously requested the geotechnical reports and they told us we would have to FOIP them to get them. This is public information, why should we have to put in a formal request that costs us money to request and money on the other end to produce. NOW WE KNOW WHY!!!!!
